Lowongan Kerja Bank Terbaru 2011, Bank Indoensia. Bank Indonesia participated in Career Days IX activities organized by the Engineering Career Center Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM ECC) on 22 till July 23, 2011 at Gedung Graha Sabha Pramana, Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta.

On this occasion, Bank Indonesia has not been an opening position to be filled. However, Bank Indonesia provides the opportunity for any interested participants to submit an application proposal. Thus, if at any time there is a vacancy in the office of Bank Indonesia then referred participants will be invited to participate in the selection process along to meet the specified requirements.

Submission of the application proposal is only done online and for the purpose of Bank Indonesia in cooperation with Jobstreet. Application proposal submission period open for 1 (one) month, commencing from July 22 till August 21, 2011. Please read instructions carefully before filling with delivering the application proposal.

Only candidates / applicants with the best qualifications (shortlist candidates) to be invited in the selection process of prospective employees of Bank Indonesia acceptance; selection process is free of charge.

STATUS OF BANK INDONESIA

A new chapter in the history of Bank Indonesia as Central Bank is independent in carrying out its duties and authorities. begins when a new law, namely Law no. 23/1999 on Bank Indonesia, declared force on May 17, 1999 and as amended by Act of the Republic of Indonesia No.. 6 / 2009. This Act provides the status and position as an independent state agency in performing duties and authority, free from government interference and / or other parties, except for matters expressly provided for in this legislation.

Bank Indonesia has full autonomy in formulating and carrying out any duties and responsibilities as specified in the law. Outsiders are not allowed to interfere execution of the tasks of Bank Indonesia and Bank Indonesia are also obliged to reject or ignore the intervention of any kind from any party whatsoever.

Special status and position which is necessary for Bank Indonesia to carry out its role and function as the monetary authority more effectively and efficiently.

As the pioneer of modern banking in most of Asian Countries, HSBC (HSBC (formerly known as The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited) has had long history in Indonesia. Since HSBC opened its first Indonesian office in Jakarta (which known as Batavia) in 1884, HSBC has been providing various kinds of banking service and products to the Indonesian customers, whishing to develop trade and investment opportunities. Initially started to serve the important sugar trade, and then expanded its operation to Surabaya in 1896. Later in 1994 HSBC upgraded its Semarang agency, which has been operating since 1878, into a full branch. During challenging times in the Indonesian market where the Bank was forced to close operation during World War II, and in the mid-1960s, HSBC strengths were really put on trial. Having managed to re-open its operation in Indonesia after the World War II and similarly after the closure in mid-1960s, the Bank was granted a new banking license in 1968 wherein the Bank has remains steadily solid ever since and retained its position as one of the largest foreign banks operating in Indonesia.

Today HSBC Indonesia offers a broad range of banking and financial services tailored to meet a wide spectrum of needs, from those of multinational corporations to local businesses and individual Indonesians, including personal financial services, corporate, commercial banking, institutional banking, treasury capital markets and Amanah Syariah banking. Posisi Kerja

Supervisor Corporate Call Center (Code : Spv CCC – CBA 10)

Responsibility:

The job holder will take full responsibility of Corporate Call Centre (CCC) Telephone Service day-to-day operation and ensure high level of service is delivered to customers. Ensure the excellent service standard performance of Corporate Call Centre and also enhance customer service delivery within agreed service standards and operating guidelines. The jobholder is also encouraged to do sales activity within Corporate Call Centre area upon sales opportunity of HSBC products.

Requirements:

1. Has a minimum of 1 – 3 years experience in a call center environment (preferrably banking).


2. Customer centric mindset to deliver customer experience.


3. Understanding general Banking policy and processes.


4. Basic knowledge of Treasury, Trade, and Cash Management products.


5. Sales ability and skills preferred.


6. Able to use MS Office application.


7. University degree (S1).


8. Good command in Bahasa Indonesia and English.


9. Good interpersonal skill.
