Responsibilities

Long Description :
Accountant, Payroll (Contractor)
Basic Function :
This position is to handle National Contractor Pro-forma Invoice processing and payments for PTFI Jobsite including Trakindo & Petrosea invoice in line with management policy and agreement.

Job Responsibility :
1. Process monthly National Contractor Pro-forma Invoice of PTFI and Privatization accurately and submit to each
contractors on a timely manner in order to maintain good relation with clients.
2. Process Trakindo and Petrosea Invoice in Contract Invoice System to ensure timely payment.
3. Prepare monthly accrual & allocation journals of Pro- forma Invoice accurately and timely to meet closing deadline.
4. Prepare contractor payroll monthly reconciliation on a timely basis (hours and account liability) to supports supervisor making the proper financial report to PTFI Management.
5. Process Performance Bonus Award for all Contractors accurately and timely to be paid on timely.
6. Investigate any complaints from employees or department and resolve the problem i.e. overtime adjustment, contract
labor cost allocation and rate per hour in order to satisfy the customers.

The key challenges in this position include:
° Reconcile the monthly pro-forma invoice ----- make an adjustment payment.
° System failure contact to other department related
payroll.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience
° Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent experiences, with basic technical
knowledge of accounting principles.
° Experience in Accounting field for 0 - 3 years (payroll and taxation matters) is highly recommended.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
° Must be familiar with computer (Excel spreadsheet) and experience with any payroll system is recommended.
The key areas in which you have decision-making responsibility are:
° Process monthly pro-forma invoice and bonuses correctly
on timely manner.
° Provide the pro-forma invoice to each Contractor on a timely basis.
° 2 Non-Staff.
° Keep confidentiality.

Dimensions:
° The hardest part in this job is that payroll processing in any payroll system depends on personal data inputted in peoplesoft. When data updated in peoplesoft (inputted by
HRD) is not correct, employee will not properly calculated.
° We have to deal with different kind of employees.
° Meet deadline -------- system failure and inter-
dependant.

Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience
° Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent experiences, with basic technical

Accountant, Capital Planning & Evaluation
Basic Function :
Perform the utilization of new resources, tools and methods, to ensure that valuable capital resources are effectively allocated only to the best capital investment opportunities available. ° Provide appropriate financial information and economic analysis to be reviewed by superior before submission to department head review.

Job Responsibility :

1. Provide the financial and accounting report as per department and superior request to perform the economic evaluation preparation and ensure validity of the data.


2. Recommend to use the advanced tools to improve the quality of evaluation work.


3. Review the relevant data from subordinates and comparing to MIMS, report central, crystal ball and other sources to perform the accurate data for cash flow evaluation.


4. Review purchasing and construction projects cooperating with project coordinators to get forecasting data accuracy.


5. Develop personal relationship with individuals concerned with potential capital investments, across all areas of jobsite and in Jakarta and New Orleans to ease in getting the information and data in time and accurately.


6. Provide support to capital administration group in areas of forecasting and budgeting to ensure the data can help in making the report.


7. Close communication with construction group in Construction cost report in order to get the data in time and support from this group.


8. Coordinate with safety reports to avoid the accident when coming to the mine.


9. Develop and appraise subordinates performance in order to improve subordinates skill and knowledge.
