Based on the deed. 23 Sutjipto, SH, on 8 September 1999, has held a change of authorized capital stock of the Bank and the Bank changes name to PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, including the Articles of Association. Basic Function :

1. Process monthly National Contractor Pro-forma Invoice of PTFI and Privatization accurately and submit to each
contractors on a timely manner in order to maintain good relation with clients.

3. Prepare monthly accrual & allocation journals of Pro- forma Invoice accurately and timely to meet closing deadline.

5. Process Performance Bonus Award for all Contractors accurately and timely to be paid on timely.
6. Investigate any complaints from employees or department and resolve the problem i.e. overtime adjustment, contract
labor cost allocation and rate per hour in order to satisfy the customers.

° Reconcile the monthly pro-forma invoice ----- make an adjustment payment.
