Posisi Kerja

Recruitment Officer

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Responsible to assist Recruitment Manager in handling Recruitment & Selection activities, to ensure the fulfillment of employee requisition meet the standard and requirement, in term of quality and time delivery.

Requirements:

1. Hold min Strata 1 (S1), preferably from Psychology background


2. Having min 1 year experience in handling Recruitment & Selection, preferably from FMCG or Executive Search Company.


3. Willing to travel around Indonesia


4. Having strong in analytical thinking, communication, action oriented & attention to detail


5. Able to work under pressure, multitasking and overtime


6. Good in operating MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)


7. Good in English both oral and written


8. Having knowledge in business process will be valuable


9. Willing to be placed in Jakarta

Finance Officer

Responsibilities:
Preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personel administration, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operation.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.


2. Excellent English language skills (verbal & written)


3. Strong business writing skills


4. Strong communication and presentation skills and detail oriented


5. Team player also a personable and professional attitude


6. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.
