Rekruitmen: Asisten Bidang Perencanaan,

Monitoring, dan Evaluasi (Asisten PME)

National Commission on Violence against Women (Komnas Perempuan) established under Presidential Decree No.181/1998 and updated by the Presidential Regulation No.65/2005, aims to create a situation conducive to the elimination of violence against women and upholding women's human rights.

To achieve these strategic objectives terimplementasinya necessary organizational and institutional foundation of strong, accountable and transparent. Currently 15 people supported the National Commission on Women Commissioners and 50 in the Working Committee under the leadership of Secretary General. National Commission for Women works through five Sub-Committee, the Sub-Committee of Legal Reform, Recovery Systems Development Sub-Committee for the Victims, Sub-Committee and the Monitoring Sub-Committee of Education and Research, which is supported by various Task Forces.

Posisi Kerja

To complement the organizational structure of HR in the National Commission for Women, required candidates for the position:

Assistant Area Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation (PME Assistant)

Criteria for the position are:

1. Have experience in managing the program at least 1 year


2. Understanding the basics of budget planning, monitoring and evaluation


3. Have experience in conducting writing reporting


4. Having a human rights perspective and Gender


5. Minimum S-1


6. Highly committed to the institution


7. Able to work in teams


8. Able to speak English


9. Mastering MS Office and Excel
