Sales Promotion Representative (SPR-OTC)
Location: Throughout Indonesia, Closing Date: 07 July 2011
Responsibilities:

Responsible for carrying out promotional activities, product availability, market survey & evaluate promotion activities are done. Increase its market share over an area of responsibility for the achievement of targets. Cooperation & good relationship with regular visits to the outlet, radio, event organizer, distributor & all parties involved distribution & promotional activities.

Requirements:

Education min. D3 any major, GPA min 2.8
Fresh graduate or first-year experience in same field

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervision, monitoring & evaluating the activities of subordinates, & motivate to get optimal results, prepare a work program & share sales target per month per subordinates, manage the funds & the means of promotion, coordinating with distributors, event organizers, & the government and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Requirements:

Willing to be placed at all branches in Indonesia
Male / Female, maximum age 30
Education min S1 in all major
Min 2 years experience in the same position, especially from the Corporate Food and Beverage, and Pharmaceuticals
Understanding the ins and outs of the activities of Marketing, Promotions & Merchandising

Brand Executive (BE-OTC)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for New brand development, Making a strategy & marketing plan, Executing communication strategies, Market segmentation, Conducting consumer event, promotion & brand launching, Managing profit & loss, market share & profit objectives.

Requirements:

Male/Female, max. 26 years old
Bachelor / Master degree majoring in Marketing from reputable university with GPA min. 3,00
Min. 2 years related experience in Consumer Goods or Beverage company is a must
Strong Analytical & Conceptual Thinking

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising several branches, evaluate and monitor the sales branch, giving the decision promotion & activity proposals submitted by the branch, perform audits / checks periodically to branches, relationship & team evaluating distributors, outlets, event organizer, other government agencies.

Requirements:

Willing to be placed at all branches in Indonesia
Male, maximum age 32 years
Education min S1 in all major
Min 3 years experience in Sales Supervisor positions, especially from the Food and Beverage Company
Experience leading multiple branches

Responsibilities:

Responsible for making journal entries, verifying journal & ledger balances, supporting monthly close, computing taxes, and handling accounting activities.

Requirements:

Male/Female, max. 25 years old
Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university, with GPA min 3.00
Preferable 1 year experience as Accounting Staff (Fresh graduate also welcome)
Have knowledge of Taxation
