Posisi Kerja

1. Production Engineering Staff work location Cikampek

Responsibilities:
* To Support line manufacturing such as : Quality problem, Equipment
problem, Set up procedure and improve current process
* To keep good quality result such as : Body accuracy control, OG
accuracy, Metal fitting accuracy, Spot welding quality
* To be able to control cost in MFG and make improvement for it
* To be able to set up new procedure and its preparation for new process
* To be able to understand all equipment for body assembling
* To be able to do cost reduction activity in Body shop

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial,
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Preferably fresh graduate (maximal 1 year experience, preferable
from electronic industry)
* Single, 23-25 years old.
* Understand automotive parts
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
* Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill,
communicative, can work under pressure.
* Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job

2. Maintenance Supervisor work location Cikampek

Responsibilities:
* Understand PLC Control and Programming
* Understand utilities and general maintenance
* Understand spare part management
* Understand preventive maintenance plan
* Understand painting & hemming robot (advantages)
* Understand CMMS systems

Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor degree major in Electrical Engineering with GPA
min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Working experience Min. 1 year using plant CMMS, predictive
maintenance and understand PLC (plant maintenance)
* Has experience with Fanuc / Kawasaki Robot is a plus
* Able to operate PLC and electrical installation
* Male, 20 – 28 years old
* Fluent in English is a must
* Able to manage large 24hr plant operation

3. Buyer Staff work location Cikampek

Responsibilities:
* To do cost feasibility study for localization project
* To do control localization project with related function
* To do negotiation skill with vendor
* To conduct cost reduction activity for localization project and
current model with consider quality, cost, delivery, development and
method

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Mechanical or
Industrial Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Has 1-2 years experience in the same related field (fresh graduate
are welcome to apply)
* Single, age maximum 26 years old
* Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
* Has high analysis skill and can work under pressure
* Has good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative
* Has organization experience
* Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written)
